Color-Blocked with Leather

H&M leggings | Suite 201 sweater | Michael Kors boots | Glint & Gleam necklace | Brandy Melville cross necklace

Happy Monday everyone! Christmas is coming so soon and I still have some last minute gift shopping to do. Not to mention, I have to wrap all these gifts that I bought. I am the worse at gift wrapping! I might have to resort to buying pretty gift bags. I am really looking to spending the holidays with my family and help my mom bake.

With the weather getting colder here in NYC, I love wearing a warm and soft sweater and I am literally obsessed with this color-blocked sweater from one of my favorite boutiques Suite 201. The boutique near my hometown carries the best clothes ever and I love stopping in to buy new things to add to my closet. My favorite part about the sweater is the leather contrast on the sleeves. It gives this sweater such an edgy look!

Dress and Layer

Michael Kors boots | Bar III necklace | Olsenboye dress | Jcrew sweater

First off, I would like to apologize to all of my readers for the lack of blog posts from the last few weeks. I have been so busy. Hurricane Sandy put a huge toll on my lack of posts. Not to mention, I am still having difficulties getting into work. I am definitely back on my blogging grind! So I promise there will be a lot of more posts coming.

This dress was given to me as a gift from some special ladies at a PR company. The dress is designed by Mary- Kate and Ashley Olsen who created a younger and more affordable line called Olsenboye. The line is available at JC Penny. So if you don't want to rip your bank account apart, take a look to see what Olsenboye is all about and what kind of clothes they offer! I paired this dress with my favorite boots and what I love most about dresses is that I can easily throw over a nice sweater as an added touch of layering, especially when the weather gets colder here in NYC. Layering is key here. The weather just gets colder and colder. Luckily though, today was beautiful and warm!

Light & Neutral

I can not believe November is literally right around the corner. I was walking around today and I already see  Christmas decorations in some of the huge department stores! Ahh so crazy! I do not think I am ready for even colder weather. I still feel like I have not finished all of my fall and winter shopping.

When it comes  to picking out my favorite colors, it is definitely something nude/cream and neutral. I just love those colors on me. I feel like everyone has their go to color that they love and cream/nude color is definitely my favorite color of all. My shoe collection is literally full of neutral/cream colors!

Lace and Cutouts

Steven by Steve Madden heels | For Love and Lemons dress | House of Harlow necklace | Zara blazer

Happy Monday! It was a nice relaxing weekend. Not to mention, I was so proud of the Giants for winning the game against the Washington Redskins. Eli Manning is such a great player. I am so happy for the Giants. How was everyone's weekend?

So when it comes to lace and cutouts, I am seriously in love with this dress. It's bohemian sexy and I love it. This dress is definitely a keeper in my closet. It's great to wear out for a night in the city with friends. These simple black heels from Steven by Steve Madden go great with any outfit. That is the best thing about black heels. They can go with any outfit. If I really have no idea what heel to wear with my outfits, I usually just stick with either a neutral or black color heel.

Double T-Straps

Sanctuary jeans | Steven by Steve Madden heels | Vince blouse | Rebecca Minkoff bag | House of Harlow necklace

The week is almost over and I am looking forward to going back home to my hometown in Jersey for the weekend. I have to transport all of my fall stuff from home to my apartment and I am looking forward to shop with my mom! I love my mom. We basically have the same taste so I thank her all the time for her amazing taste in fashion.
I love these Steven by Steve Madden heels. I love the double t-strap on these heels. Not to mention, these might be the highest pair of heels I own...they are a little over six inches! The higher the better...right?

Comfort, Comfort!

Steve Madden wedge sneakers | DL 1961 jeans | Cole Haan bag | Feel the Piece top | House of Harlow necklace

Fall is finally here. This morning when I stepped out of my apartment building, it was so cold. I could feel the cold breeze. I honestly just want warm weather back. I literally had to break out my jacket this morning. How was everyone's weekend? I had a crazy busy weekend celebrating three of my friend's birthdays. It was a lot of fun! Not to mention, I basically binged on Shake Shack on Saturday. Omg, worth every single calorie. I always love having a good burger with cheese fries and a vanilla shake.

My go to outfit on the weekends is definitely jeans, a comfortable top and shoes. Especially since I walk around the city a lot over the weekends, I need comfortable shoes! Again, loving Feel the Piece so much. Their tops are so incredible. This sparrow top is super comfortable and is great for a relaxing weekend but I can also dress it up at night with a leather skirt or pants! One of my favorite pair of jeans are these DL 1961. They literally fit to your body and will never stretch out. Love that!
