Banana Republic Skirt c/o | Haute & Rebellious booties | Six Fifty Clothing turtleneck
Less than a couple of weeks away from Christmas! Luckily all of my holiday shopping is done and I’m so excited to go home for the holidays to spend time with my family. Banana Republic has always been one of my favorite online destinations for holiday shopping and this lace skirt is the perfect piece for the holidays. I love wearing this to work with a cozy turtleneck and booties. It’s a great versatile piece to have in your closet around this time of the year. Not to mention, Banana Republic is currently offering 40% off your purchase right now!

I always get so happy when I score a pair of great booties for such an affordable price. I scored these lace up booties during a special sale for less than $20! How amazing do these look? I literally wear these almost every weekend when I go out in the city. These booties are great with a pair of high waisted jeans and I definitely plan to wear them in the spring and summer with a cute romper or cut off shorts. I hope you all had a great weekend! I’ve been celebrating birthdays every weekend so far and this weekend is another birthday! February and March will be a month full of birthday celebrations.

Happy hump day! For those who had a nice long weekend, this week feels like it is flying by. I scored this wool blazer over the holidays and love how I can throw it over any outfit for work. On weekends, I would wear this with jeans and a tee. I am a huge fan of blazers because it can easily pull any look together. I think every woman should have a nice tailored blazer in her closet. It’s truly that one piece you can always grab if you are in a rush trying to figure out what to wear (for me, that’s almost everyday!). We are expecting snow this weekend. Looks like a weekend of staying in, ordering seamless, and binge watching on movies!

I love when a dress has versatility and can be worn from day to night. This beaded dress is such a great piece to wear to work and can easily take me to happy hour or dinner with the girls. I love the fit and how it flows naturally on the body. It’s not one of those tight dresses where I feel like I have to suck in my stomach. The dress has a classy bohemian look that I absolutely adore. I’m also a huge fan of a nice tailored coat and have become obsessed with this long grey wool coat. It’s the kind of coat that I can throw on everyday with any outfit. It’s super fitted and makes you look extra chic. I hope everyone had a nice weekend! I had a delicious sushi dinner with my parents and went out in the city with friends. I’m looking forward to a nice long weekend coming up!

It’s Friday! We made it through the first full week of work! Winter is officially here and I am all about living in sweaters and leggings. I’m always on a fringe craze and this fringe sweater is a total keeper. I can literally live in this everyday. I’m so happy the weekend is finally here. I am seeing my family tonight for a delicious sushi dinner at Bond Street and plan to relax and have fun with my friends! Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Happy New Year everyone! It’s been so hard to get back into the swing of things. Trust me, I had to hit the snooze button so many times before getting up for work. I had a very nice long break from work and spent the holidays with my family. With the New Year upon us, I’ve made some resolutions that I am going to try to stick to. One of them trying to be a lot healthier. I usually am a healthy person in general but I’ve started making green juices on a daily basis. This year is about focusing on me and my career. As I’ve grown up I also have been gravitating to more neutrals for my wardrobe. I look for pieces that I can wear multiple ways and will never go out of style. Stripes are always a classic and I scored this amazing top for such a steal during the holidays. This sleeveless navy jacket was another great piece I found during my trip in London back in November. I wear this a lot for work and it’s such a great layering piece. I’m looking forward to the new year and I hope you will all continue to follow along with me on this journey.

Since global warming has basically hit NYC, I’m enjoying the fact that I can just throw on light layers and not have to wear a heavy coat. These photos were taken in DUMBO, Brooklyn over the weekend when the weather was absolutely beautiful. It was my first time ever in Dumbo and I had so much fun exploring the area. There are so many cute boutiques and restaurants that I definitely plan on taking a visit there again soon. I’m all about layering neutral colors during this time of the year and adding a pop of prints from time to time. This printed skirt is definitely a cute piece to wear out or can be dressed down with a pair of flats or chucks. I am a huge fan of sleeveless duster coats. I simply throw it over a sweater and I’m ready for my day. I’ve bought quite a few this season and I can’t seem to get enough of it! I’m looking forward to my company holiday party tomorrow!

I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! My friend hosted a wonderful holiday party on Saturday and it was so nice to get into the holiday spirit and catch up with friends whom I’ve haven’t seen in awhile. One of my favorite things to wear around this time of the year are lace up booties. Especially with all the holiday parties, lace up booties are a great compliment with a shift dress and tights. I love these black suede lace up booties which go great with everything and are the perfect heel for my upcoming holiday party at work. I’m a sucker for anything lace up with it comes to heels and these booties will definitely be worn multiple times this month!

Welcome to my new site! I finally made the move to transfer over to wordpress. Bare with me as I am still learning everything. If you have any tips, please let me know! This is another simple outfit that requires very little effort. I love wearing basic tanks with a cute lace bra. It adds a bit of sexiness to an outfit. I have always been a fan of Urban Outfitters bras and bralettes. They’re great to wear with low back tanks or for a festival during the summer. This lace triangle bra is a new addition to my intimate collection. This summer I will be wearing a lot of lace up heels. It’s probably my newest addiction for heels. They’re sexy and a statement kind of heel. I highly recommend investing in a pair.
